**My process for creating a customized leadership development solution for an organization**
Overview Part 1:
First step: Needs Assessment
Second Step: Emotional intelligence and communication style assessments
Third step: One-on-one debriefs with me in the morning to establish rapport and build trust. This was in preparation for difficult and uncomfortable team work that I would guide them through later that day.
Deep Dive Part 1:
The needs assessment was completed individually to avoid group think. It revealed alignment and gaps regarding pain points, goals, and values.
EQ and communication assessments were used to identify fundamental leadership development opportunities for each individual on the leadership team.
One-on-one debriefs (1.5 hours with each person) allowed me to build rapport and trust. Provided each individual with an understanding of their default communication style and how to use EQ skills in an effective and balanced way to become better leaders. Action plans were created.
