Recently, I worked with an organization in California. They saw a post of mine on Linkedin and reached out to inquire about leadership development.
This was the process:
A 30 minute call with the head of the department to determine if we were a fit for each other.
Then, I asked the leadership team to (INDIVIDUALLY) complete a needs assessment questionnaire PRIOR to the next call. I wanted to avoid Group Think and I wanted to maximize our time together.
I reviewed their responses and assessed their most pressing needs.
The team joined a 20 minute call with me where I reviewed their needs, proposed a plan, discussed investment cost, timing, and gained agreement to move forward.
I created a customized plan that included emotional intelligence and communication style assessments/debriefs, a strategy session, and a workshop on Trust & EQ. More detail to come on these in future posts.
I spent two days on site with them. I made myself available for individual or group coaching to help them pull-through what they learned.
They worked really hard. I can’t wait to see how they progress.
