Creating a culture you are proud of has to be intentional. When culture creates itself that usually spells disaster.
I am excited to work with a new client to help their leadership team get crystal clear on:
What type of culture do they want to create?
What do they want to be known for?
What are their core values (no more than 3)?
What is their mission (why do they exist)?
What is their vision for 2019?
What are their top 2 goals for 2019?
Most importantly… once these are defined…
HOW will they EMBODY and EXECUTE these?
and HOW will they
COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, and COMMUNICATE with their teams?
You can not over-communicate these fundamentals enough. When employees are clear on the fundamentals they can always lean on them for support when a dilemma presents itself. They can feel more confident making decisions when they are in alignment with the fundamentals.
You need intentionality and alignment to make this happen.
