✍?We have to use self-awareness to understand when we erode others’ trust.
✍?We have to use assertiveness, empathy, and emotional expression to repair trust through crucial conversations that matter.
✍?We have to practice human-to-human and stop avoiding conversations.
Let’s assume our co-workers have good intentions, give them the benefit of the doubt, seek to understand, and tell your truth when someone erodes your trust. On the flip side, own up to your mistakes and apologize when you have eroded others’ trust.
Trust is the essential ingredient for organizational health and good business!
