It’s back! It has been a while since I have posted a leadership shenanigans video. This is a series that highlights leadership faux pas for the purpose of learning and discussion.
Today’s story is about a president of a major global organization. He is well liked. His major issue is that he has difficulty holding certain members of his executive team accountable. Also, not everyone on his team is willing to provide him with honest feedback.
