This topic is for those people whom are telling themselves that they don’t have any time to do the things that are important to them. It is BS! Stop telling yourself that. It isn’t true and it isn’t healthy.
#1 Tune into that negative talk track playing in your head. The one that says, “I am crazy busy.” “Too busy to go after the things that matter.” Those are excuses. Are you being honest with yourself? Are you just afraid or just lazy?
#2 Gain clarity on what is important to you. Search #ReclamationSeries #GettingUnstuck for strategies to help you figure that out.
#3 Schedule time for the people and activities that matter.
